A Seedy Solution

I may have the solution for staying in this house for a bit. My problem is we are on .28 acre and it's too much for me - so, my solution is to grass in 2/3 of the garden and just keep a patch for a few plants. That way I could get a teen to mow the lawns, if necessary.

Any thoughts?
