So, I hope you understand that sometimes our phone ringer is turned "off". We have either a very good day or not. If it's a very good day, I won't share it and if it's not, can't. Most days fall somewhere in between and I answer our calls. I do not screen my calls - I answer them. And I know that most of you understand. Also, I might add, anyone who really knows me, knows I carry our phones around in the old dishwasher cutlery holder - for this very reason - so I don't miss calls.To the rest, try to understand. Please don't accuse me of "not answering/returning your calls" etc. I do return calls. (And don't try to fudge cause my phone is very smart and records calls in /out.)
One more point is that we have many medical appointments during the month and of course, as a courtesy, my phone is off but there is voice mail.
One further point, if you block your call, how could I return it?

I am with you TOTALLY on the phone thing. Confession time...my phone is always turned off. We don't even have a home phone. I HATE the phone! I receive, on average, 60-70 calls a day, and the sound of the ringer drives me nuts, so it's always off, then I just scroll down through the missed calls and see who I feel like calling back. Shameful, don't you think? We all do what we have to do. Don't apologize for the phone. The people who love you will know how to work with it the way it is :-)
