The chicken is marinating as I write this....am anxious to taste it....will serve it over rice, with a fresh veggie on the side..

no, methinks rhubarb custard....have a garden full of it, so must use...and then freeze

The chicken was great...but instead of the rhubarb custard pie,
we had rhubarb upside down cake
instead.

Yes, I would. We both like sweet/sour sauces. Next time, instead of the orange marmalade, use honey....will change the flavour.

I didn't have the Org marm so used plum sauce - worked well - but we love plum sauce.
