The chicken is marinating as I write this....am anxious to taste it....will serve it over rice, with a fresh veggie on the side..Now for dessert....hmmmmmm

no, methinks rhubarb custard....have a garden full of it, so must use...and then freezeRhubarb that is...
The chicken was great...but instead of the rhubarb custard pie,we had rhubarb upside down cake instead.
You'd make it again? Mine is still in the fridge.
Yes, I would. We both like sweet/sour sauces. Next time, instead of the orange marmalade, use honey....will change the flavour.

I didn't have the Org marm so used plum sauce - worked well - but we love plum sauce.
