So last night when we BBQ'd, I cooked an extra steak. Tonight I fried up sirloin strips, potatoes, green peppers, onions and fresh mushrooms. Salad on the side.
When we first went camping with our camper, we didn't have a small BBQ so I'd make up the above mixture and freeze it. For our supper, I'd heat it on the propane stove and voila! Dinner.
Anyway, it was touching to make it up tonight and reminisce about good days a few long years ago.
