First Pick From the Garden

Tonight we enjoyed spinach from the garden - picked leaves about 4 - 6" long. After I sauteed vegetables. I topped them with the spinach and turned heat to high for a couple minutes (with the lid on the pan). Lay the spinach on our plate and topped it with the stir fry, yum. What a difference to eat it freshly picked. I tossed the vegs with Kraft Sun dried Tomato dressing again. Gave Rob and Brenda some and she was making spinach/ strawberry salad with balsamic dressing. Sounds good.
