Hoping this doesn't come across as phony but I have been craving knowledge. Since I quit work, My days are very non - testing of my mind. Crave that. So I have been going to sites learning about different subjects. I find it humorous that some student sites give me much pause for thought.
I am studying French again but of course, on my own. On our un-picnic day, found a great English/French dictionary. We lot a lot of mileage from that purchase. My Man was born in Quebec (father military) and learned Fr. in elementary school . So he loves to tease me. I bug him and suggest we go to conversational Fr. classes. So I study Fr. online and with my trusty books. (Old school)
This fall, if I can arrange it, will take computer courses. Hate this diddling around trying to figure stuff out myself. I know, I know, can ask Mark but he has a life, too, and works long hours.

I grew up in Val d"Or Quebec...actually spoke French before I spoke English....arrived
by boat from Halifax (St. Lawrence
Seaway was not yet built and rail
to Val D"or. I was born in Germany........Spanish is the second language here, but most
people do not speak it or bother
to learn it.
Wow that's so interesting.
