This tomato dish was excellent tasting. (I used Feta cheese in it.)
For the veg dish, I made my own combo of vegs but the recipe attached sounds good. I use lots of black pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic. Also, I marinate about 40 minutes in Italian dressing. Delicious!
