So, who cooks using artichokes? Lately I've been eating them when dining out and have come to enjoy.
Recently, I bought a jar of artichokes, tossed chicken pieces in BBQ sauce and spread over pizza crust. Yum's the word on that combo.
Also, artichokes are nice in chicken casseroles. Maybe I should Google them before writing my thoughts down:)

We had a delicious pizza last weekend, and it was chicken, spinach, artichoke, and bacon. Oh my, it was sinfully good!

I too have recently learned to love artichokes. They are great on vegetable pizza and they are great in dip as well as casseroles,etc. I don't know why I missed out on them for such a great part of my life.
you made me hungry. But I am not sure if I have ever ate one. I will have to try one next time I am out.
