Two months. The anniversaries are the hardest. But you will miss him always.

I hope you're finding help with all the multiple things that have to be done now. And that your sons have been with you, in person as well as by phone.

God bless you my friend. It will get easier but it will never get better.

That dreaded "W" word!! How I hate that!! Find a bereavement support group, Jean. It helps to talk to others going through the same thing.

I went online and found Daily Strength and clicked on Widows and Widowers, as we are a unique group of those grieving.

Also went to a couple of church groups and made friends with other widows. We still do coffee today.
Lots of hugs,

Jean,
I was thinking of you this week, and checked on here to see if there had been any recent updates. My heart and prayers are with you. I understand to some degree what you have gone through all of these years. I took care of my mother-in-law and then my own mother through the past 15 years. One thought that has never left me - the deeper the love, the deeper we grieve our loss. The risk of love is knowing that there is a risk of grief and loss. BUT, it is all so worth the wonder and greatness of love. Your love for Wayne was such a testament of love for all who watched as you cared for him. May you have peace and rest in this time.

Hello, Jean. I am so sorry about Wayne. I know your care for him and love was unwavering. The long journey love takes and the loss is so personal but your sharing your experience where you could inspired me and taught me a lot about selfless love. Praying for your heart and comfort in your memories. Hugs, Annette
