Well, all this talk about Christmas has nudged me into cooking a turkey. Guess I better get it in the oven. Actually, I buy several when they are on sale at Christmas - we never tire of turkey soup, casserole, buns and of course, turkey dinner!

Turkey sounds good!!! Haven't had any since Christmas. Maybe I'll have to get one too. But then I'll have to invite the family in to help eat it all. Don't know if I am up to that yet. I guess I'd better wait another month or so. We actually have had some sunshine today and it is -3, so not too bad out. I guess it is pretty icy and slippery out tho.
Doing well,though? By the time we have a meal and give S&R a meal, I usually have 6 full meals which I do up and freeze.I put them on plates, Saran. a large Ziploc and perfect result. No freezer burn. But I'd give it bit,too, if I were you. You're doing so well- no sense overtiring yourself. Take care.
