Best Prevention



Just reading a blog from an MD -she said the best things to do to preserve yourself are (1) don't smoke and (2) wear your seatbelt.

A caregiver must always pay attention to herself for self
preservation . Even a warm bubble
bath when the house is quiet, a
few stolen moments in the garden
with a cup of tea, blogging, etc...
