Pasta Salad

Cooked Rotini
Green Peppers
Green Onions
English Cucumbers
Fresh Tomatoes
Celery and fresh Parsley
Feta
Mix fresh lemon juice (3) and some of the pulp with white pepper, Caesar salad dressing.

Toss the rotini well with the dressing - you need lots of salad dressing. When it's well mixed, grate 2 cups of Feta cheese into the pasta. I use a meat fork to toss it or the Feta sticks to a spoon.
Best made a day ahead.

We serve this with chicken breasts and coleslaw and Heinz BBQ beans.

Hope you enjoy it if you make it.

This salad sounds just great. I've written out the recipe and will keep it handy for next company or next pot luck. Thanks.

Hi again. Thought I would let you know that I figured out how to copy your recipe with my printer, and also sent it on to my daughter. I was talking to her on the phone, so she walked me through it. You learn something new every day.

Yum! I love pasta salad. I make a similar one with chopped avocado, tomatoes, peppers, onions, cilantro, and a lemon juice/olive oil dressing.

Thanks, Ladies! Another nice combo is olive oil and balsamic vinegar.I'll try your combo, Helena.
