When we were getting married my mother-in-law said for me to never learn to milk a cow (I didn't) much to my husband's dismay. She said if I learned that "the men" won't think they have to come home so early in the evening. Maybe there was a method in her madness. She was all of 5 feet tall and was a real little lady all her life - 94 years.
