Thanks for the link, I'm all about "Hiding" vegetables in other things. My husband and son are very picky about the vegetables they will eat.

I grate the big "Z" in everything! Then I can chuckle as "fussy" ones eat it and don't realize.Peel first so the skins don't show.This works well for all kinds of squashes "hidden" in pasta sauces. Gotta do what you gotta do, right?
