There's not much going on except gardening! Today we planted 14 tomato plants, caged, staked and bagged them.
We worked on our new "compost bed" and came in exhausted, showered and ate sandwiches for supper!
Ah, well, we'll appreciate all the work come August when we make our preserves!
Happy Friday, I remember!

Not much? That stuff is work!
Happy Mother's Day to you!
And yes, this is a generic comment.
I'm just out of time. Yet I can't not keep commenting. Please forgive a generic one.
Yes, I am hopeless. You can say it. -shakes head- I'm hopeless.

Happy Mother's Day to you, too. You are a faithful reader/commenter!
Your doing fantastic to have your garden all planted already...I haven't even had mine tilled yet and I live in southern B.C. It has been a really cold spring where we live but I may get at it this coming week. I have most of my flower beds done now, for some reason I seem to be more intrested in them than the vegtables!
Happy Mother's Day.

Hi Mandy. I think it's quite a bit cooler in your area. I agree, it's way more fun to plant flowers than vegetables! This year I put cabbages and some tomatoes in my perennial bed. Should be interesting. Happy Mother's Day to you, also.
