The highways will be busy today as most people head home, stuffed with turkey, ham and pie:)

Our company just left - their drive is over a high mountain pass so hope the roads are good.

We had a ham dinner one night and "turkey and the trimmings" at S&R's last night.

In all the turmoil, one still has to be thankful for a lot - including food on the table.

Happy Thanksgiving from our home to yours.

Happy Thankgiving to you both and I'm glad you were able to enjoy good food and good company.
We had our turkey yesterday also because my youngest son is heading back to Vancouver today. I hope all those who are on the road today have a safe trip.....I don't think it's snowing on the mountains today, thank goodness. We are heading up to Fairmont Hot Springs next week but will be putting on the winter tires before we go....I'm a chicken when it comes to driving in the snow.

I'm so glad you had a great Thanksgiving!! I got a message from another Canadian friend that they had snow the day after Thanksgiving, she lives in Swan Valley, Manatobia.
You are so right, with all that is happening in our world, we need to be thanksful for our daily needs.
