Ah, spaghetti squash. I find the quickest way to cook it is: punch holes in squash with sharp knife. Microwave 2 or 3 minutes. Slice in half. Cook each half in the microwave 3 minutes. Let it cool. Using a fork, rake the squash to yield spaghetti-like strands.
This is delicious itself but I "hide" it in spaghetti sauce, stews, soups, etc.

What a great idea, I'm writing this down to try it. I love squash......especially with salt, pepper, a few squirts of margarine, and parmesean cheese..., but I've neglected spaghetti squash...
