We're on septic here and I had the tank pumped before Christmas.
Today the owner of the company called me to ask if the map for the tank location was still under the door mat. They came to pump it and wondered if I had changed my mind.
Poor guy has been ill and his record keeping needs updating.
Anyway, I told him I paid by cheque and gave him the number.
Just about pumped twice - I guess I'd not have been responsible for it???

We had a septic tank when we lived outside the city 15 years ago. I don't miss it a bit.
I hope the poor guy is recovering....
