I made scallops the other night. I have several recipes which are delicious but this time I just heated oil and butter til it was a bit golden.Tossed the scallops for about 2 or 3 minutes and seasoned with Montreal steak spice. (Chef son loved them so if it passes his palate, it's good!)

I LOVE scallops, but I've never made them since mr. kenju won't eat much seafood. Those look scrumptious!
