"Salmon Cakes"

Salmon Cakes
Mix 1 pkg Stove Top with 3/4 cup vegetable broth.Add 1/4 Miracle Whip and 2 Tbsp lemon juice & 1 Cup Mozzarella.
Mix 2 cans salmon- drained and bones removed with 1/2 cup green onion.
Now mix both together and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Spray a pan and shape salmon mixture into patties. Fry about 3 min. each side.
They not only taste good, they look good, too. I may use for my next brunch.
Hope you try the recipe and enjoy it. As usual, I doubled the recipe and it turned out fine.
****Usually it is not suggested to double any baking recipes - found out the hard way.

Yummmmm! I only discovered salmon like 10 years ago.... and still haven't mustered the nerve to try and make it myself.
This looks really do-able :)
