Oh, my goodness, what a wonderful Mothers Day meal S&R put on tonight. It's kind of bad when you whine enough they make a fav!
I think we had sore tummies from laughing and enjoying ourselves! Anyway, the offerings were: Pork Medallions in Apricot sauce served with gourmet baked potatoes, favorite lettuce salad and peas.
The woman out did herself as she offered up apple pie and vanilla ice cream for dessert - all homemade - wink, wink.
A fun part was a lovely garden stepping stone and a sweet sign offering free weeds - U-pick!(The stepping stone is going to be hung on my garden shed.)I'll take a pic Monday in daylight as it does not show the beautiful detail.
A memorable evening to be sure.

Glad your day was so enjoyable. S& R make wonderful meals and are good company.
My boys came over, cut my lawn and then fertilized it, trimmed some trees, and brought marinated deer steak that was so good. I contributed the first potatoe salad of the year, and veggie tray. Also had garlic toast. So I too had a nice Mother's day. Had calls from both my girls too.
